Cindy’s Bio
Cindy Campano has over 30 years’ experience in leadership, teambuilding, and developing highly successful leaders. Her message and coaching style are not based in complex theory found only in a textbook. Instead, her approach is steeped in real-life experiences found in the Board Room and in living her own life as a successful businesswoman. As such, Cindy has reached great heights in helping others drive organizational strategy and achieve personal goals, as the two are not mutually exclusive.
Cindy’s drive for helping others and developing people are the core of her passion for growth and clarity in business and in life. She has a caring approach developed from her many years in the Credit Union Movement, with an emphasis on Head and Heart Leadership. Moving through her career in financial services, Cindy has held positions as Director, Vice President and SVP/Chief, but none of those describe what she does best: help people succeed.
In life and in business, it is important to embrace the diversity of working alongside people that think, communicate, and view things differently to ensure growth on all levels.
Development never stops - Cindy received her Certification as a Certified Professional Integration Coach and a Team Coach. Cindy also just completed her certification as a Compassionate Leadership Coach. In other areas of her life, she is committed to the community through volunteer work. Cindy has served many organizations in the community and currently sits on the Finance & Investment Committee of Literacy Connects and is currently a Board Member of TROT. When she is not coaching or volunteering, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, reading, and sewing.
